Gina Keatley honored to be panelist at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business Management. This event highlights a sound understanding of the fundamental principles of contemporary management in a diverse, global environment in the context of the real world. Other panelists included Pierre Dulaine; he started his dance partnership with Yvonne Marceau in the early 70’s in New York City winning four World Championship titles in show-dancing and performing in “Grand Hotel” on Broadway. The documentary “Mad Hot Ballroom” and the feature film “Take the Lead” with Antonio Banderas portraying Pierre brought national and international attention to his Arts & Social Development program reaching 300,000+ children. “Dancing in Jaffa” bringing Israeli-Palestinian and Israeli-Jewish children and their families to peacefully co-exist will soon be released. Jorge Muñoz the founder of the non-profit An Angel in Queens, an organization begun in the summer of 2004 that delivers free home-cooked meals in Queens. He has estimated that he has served to more than 70,000 people since 2004. Munoz was born in Colombia and his father died in an accident when he was young. Muñoz followed his mother, moving to New York to find work to support the family, obtaining legal residency in 1987, and later becoming a citizen, along with his mother and sister. Jorge Muñoz received the Citizens Medal from Barack Obama.
